Balmoral Event Center isn’t just an event venue. It’s several rolled into one! Our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility includes multiple adaptable indoor / outdoor spaces all in one spot — so regardless of your needs, we’ve got a space that will be perfect. 

• Banquet Hall: large and infinitely customizable, this space is well-suited to larger events. (2,200 sq.ft., capacity: 150)
• Window Room: ideal for medium get-togethers, with access to our lush Outdoor Garden. (820 sq.ft., capacity: 60)
• Conference Room: the perfect choice for intimate gatherings, meetings and parties. (390 sq.ft., capacity: 30) 
• Private Offices: available for commitment-free business meetings, with full furnishings and Wi-Fi. (144 sq.ft.)

You’d be hard-pressed to find a location that’s more directly in the center of everywhere your guests or attendees want to be. We’re in the center of Polk County, just a short trek from Orlando, St, Petersburg, Kissimmee and Lakeland. We’re less than 25 miles from Walt Disney World, and only an hour’s drive from Tampa. We’re also convenient to several airports, so if your guests are coming from out of town, their last leg will be the easiest.
